LICENSEE LOOKUP AND ONLINE VERIFICATION SYSTEM

For no charge you can:   

• View the licensee profile
• See expiration date

For issue date and license number there is a $4 fee:

• Login or create an online account at https://my.sdbmoe.gov/
• Find the “LOOK-UP/ORDER VERIFICATION” tab at the bottom of the page
• Purchase the verification for $4
• View and download the verification(s) through your account under “PREVIOUS ORDERS” or under “MY FINANCIALS” immediately
• Verification(s) can be accessed for 72 hours from the time of purchase

Do not use this for BOARD-TO-BOARD VERIFICATIONS. If a State Board to Board verification is needed, you must create or log in at https://my.sdbmoe.gov/ . After logging in, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and select “BOARD TO BOARD VERIFICATIONS”.
