Applicants who would like to fast track or expedite can follow this Advance process BEFORE starting the application process:

ADVANCE EXPEDITE PROCESS TO FAST TRACK:

• Avoid SPAM folders by adding sdbmoe@state.sd.us to your contacts and if using Gmail, make it a VIP
• Frequently view your incoming email
• To complete Advance Expedited PDF forms, use a laptop or desktop computer not a phone or iPad
• Respond quickly to sdbmoe@state.sd.us Advance Expedite emails
• Once you have completed the Advance Expedite Process you can begin the application process – Advance Expedite steps do not count as the application process.

APPLICATION PROCESS BEGINS ON THE DAY/TIME THAT YOU SUBMIT THE ONLINE APPLICATION AND FEE -do not include the Advance Expedite Process in the application process.
