• If you encounter an error, please make a screen-shot by pressing the key "Print Screen" and copy it to an email and send it to sdbmoe@state.sd.us
• If you wish to contact us regarding your Web-based renewal please do so when you are sitting at a computer so we can help troubleshoot any issues.

Paying by check?

• Please write in the memo or check stub the renewal number so that we may expedite the process.
• Also, you will be able to print a "payment form". Please mail this form with your check.

Definition:

Authorized Agent: Someone who has been authorized by a licensee to renew on the licensee's behalf through the SDBMOE's Web User Authorized Agent registration.

If you wish to help or assist someone else with their renewal online, you must have the licensee submit written authorization (use this PDF form) to the SDBMOE via fax, mail, or email prior to submitting the renewal.
