  • National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Scores
    • National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) scores are automatically reported to the jurisdiction licensing authority through which a candidate applied for initial certification. Request scores using the NPTE Scores Request Form. (PDF Download)
    • To request the transfer, if SDBMOE is not the jurisdiction licensing authority, of National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) scores to the SDBMOE office, visit Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) (Website)
